Dara House is a distinctive mid-century-style residence with four bedrooms, spread across three levels. This brick veneer home sits on a site that slopes from the rear boundary to the street, offering an east-west orientation. The property is defined by its mid-century character, featuring bladed brick walls, exposed rafters with highlight/in-fill windows, deep fascia boards, and a low-profile roof. The design brief of the project is to preserve the home's character while enhancing amenities, fostering a more open, connected, and modern living experience.
